💬 What You'll Do

- Fan Communication: Build genuine relationships through chat

- Chat Sales: Sell exclusive creator content at the right moment, guided by our frameworks

- CRM & Fan Profiling: Document preferences for personalized future interactions

- Account Management: Maintain creator profiles and post daily content

- Community Engagement: Respond to comments and grow the community

📈 Career Growth

This is the path:

1. Chat Sales Agent (you start here)

2. Senior Chat Operator (after consistent performance)

3. Chatting Supervisor (lead and coach others)

💰 Compensation

- OnlyFans: 15% on all revenue up to $3,000, then 20% on the entire sum

- Other platforms: 15% on all revenue up to $1,000, then 20% on the entire sum

- Uncapped commission, paid monthly in EUR
