About the Role
As a Chat Operator, you'll represent professional creators on OnlyFans and similar platforms by chatting with their fans. You'll work with proven scripts, sales psychology techniques, and structured workflows.
Core Responsibilities
- Fan Communication: Engage fans in meaningful conversations and build genuine relationships
- CRM & Fan Profiling: Document fan preferences and interests for personalized future interactions
- Account Management: Maintain creator profiles and post daily content
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments and grow the creator's community
Compensation
- OnlyFans: 15% on all revenue up to $3,000, then 20% on the entire sum
- Other platforms: 15% on all revenue up to $1,000, then 20% on the entire sum
- Top-tier commission - uncapped, paid monthly in EUR
- Bank transfer or crypto
Requirements
- 18+ years old
- Strong written English
- Reliable device (laptop, PC, or smartphone) with stable internet
- Self-motivated, disciplined, structured
- Sales mindset
