Chat Manager GFE

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Chat Manager to lead our chatting team for a premium OnlyFans account. You will be responsible for maintaining a high-quality Girlfriend Experience (GFE) across all conversations while maximizing revenue through smart upselling, PPV sales, and strong customer retention.

As Chat Manager, you will train, supervise, and optimize a team of chatters to deliver consistent, engaging, and seductive GFE that converts fans into loyal, high-spending subscribers.

Team Training & Development

Train new and existing chatters on GFE standards, brand voice, personality, and selling techniques

Create training materials, scripts, response templates, and best practices

Conduct regular training sessions and role-playing exercises

Maintain and update a comprehensive chatter playbook

Live Monitoring & Quality Control

Monitor chatters in real-time during shifts

Provide instant feedback and corrections to maintain GFE quality

Ensure all conversations stay in character and aligned with the brand

Enforce response time, engagement, and professionalism standards

Performance Management

Track individual and team performance metrics (response rate, sales per hour, close rate, retention, etc.)

Run daily/weekly performance reviews with chatters

Handle disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans when needed

Analytics & Reporting

Create detailed weekly and monthly reports on chatting performance

Analyze key metrics: revenue per chatter, conversion rates, average order value, churn reasons, peak performing hours, etc.

Identify trends, opportunities, and weaknesses in chatting strategy

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the owner/creator

Track ROI on different chatters and content types

Revenue Optimization

Develop advanced GFE selling strategies (customs, PPV, renewals, tips)

Test and refine messaging approaches to increase sales without breaking immersion

Work closely with the creator on new content drops and promotional campaigns

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years experience managing chatters for OnlyFans or similar platforms

Deep expertise in Girlfriend Experience (GFE) — you must be able to write and coach highly emotional, flirty, and immersive conversations

Proven track record of increasing chatting revenue and retention

Strong analytical skills — comfortable with data, reports, and OnlyFans analytics

Excellent written English (native or near-native level)

Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends)

Discretion, professionalism, and reliability are non-negotiable
