**Requirements:**
* Experience managing OnlyFans/Fansly chat teams
* Strong understanding of sales and buying signals
* Experience with Inflow
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Monitor chatter performance and shift activity
* Review chats, sales reports, and daily notes
* Identify sales opportunities and guide chatters
* Correct errors, handle difficult subscribers, and escalate urgent issues
* Manage vault organization, custom orders, and team reporting
* Conduct account reviews and support team development
