We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager / Operations Manager to help us scale and streamline our AI creator business.
We run a multi-account AI influencer system across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts, with multiple AI models already active and a team handling content creation and posting. The goal is to turn this into a more structured, efficient, and scalable operation.
We specifically need someone who can help us scale the business, improve systems and workflows, and bring more consistency and efficiency across all operations.
The role will focus on optimizing content operations, managing multi-account workflows, and improving overall performance, growth, and monetisation systems.
Experience in managing creator teams, social media operations, or fast-paced digital businesses is highly preferred.
