AI Content Social Media Operator (Multi-Platform Publishing Specialist)

About the Role

We are a fast-growing AI-driven content agency managing multiple social media accounts powered by AI-generated content. Our focus is on high-volume, high-quality content distribution across major platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and YouTube Shorts.

We are looking for a Social Media Operator who will be responsible for executing, managing, and maintaining daily content posting operations across multiple accounts in a controlled “hub” environment.

This role is not about content creation alone, it is about precision execution, account safety, platform compliance, and consistent publishing at scale.

You will work in a centralized setup where multiple devices (phones) are managed within a hub environment, accessed remotely via tools such as AnyDesk.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Publishing & Execution

- Post AI-generated content across multiple social media accounts daily.

- Ensure correct formatting, captions, hashtags, and upload settings per platform.

- Schedule or manually publish content based on posting calendars.

- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously without delays or errors.

- Ensure content matches platform requirements (aspect ratio, caption length, audio usage, etc.).

2. Platform Management (Instagram, TikTok, Threads, YouTube Shorts)

- Understand platform-specific best practices for engagement and reach.

- Adapt captions, hashtags, and descriptions depending on platform behavior.

- Upload and optimize short-form videos for maximum visibility.

- Monitor posting consistency across all accounts.

3. Account Safety & Risk Management

- Maintain strict compliance with platform guidelines to avoid account bans or restrictions.

-Recognize and avoid risky posting behaviors (spam patterns, repetitive captions, unsafe automation signals).

- Rotate posting patterns intelligently to mimic natural human behavior.

- Monitor account health and flag issues immediately (shadowban risk, reach drops, warnings).

- Ensure login safety, device consistency, and secure access practices within the hub system.

4. Hub Operations (Multi-Device Environment)

- Operate within a controlled hub setup consisting of multiple mobile devices (approximately 8 phones).

- Use remote access tools (e.g., AnyDesk) to manage and operate devices.

- Switch efficiently between accounts and devices while maintaining accuracy.

- Follow internal protocols for device usage, login handling, and session management.

5. Content Quality Control

- Ensure captions are grammatically correct, engaging, and platform-appropriate.

- Verify that AI-generated content is properly formatted before posting.

- Double-check hashtags, mentions, and links (if applicable).

- Maintain brand consistency across all accounts.

6. Reporting & Monitoring

- Track posted content performance (views, likes, engagement trends).

- Report inconsistencies or technical issues in posting workflows.

- Provide feedback on what content types perform best per platform.

- Maintain daily posting logs if required.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in social media management or content posting operations

- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, Threads, and YouTube Shorts

- Understanding of platform algorithms and content distribution behavior

- Experience handling multiple accounts or pages simultaneously

- Basic knowledge of account safety, bans, shadowbans, and platform restrictions

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows

- Comfortable working in a multi-device or remote-access setup (AnyDesk or similar tools)

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in social media agencies or content farms

- Knowledge of AI-generated content workflows

- Familiarity with scheduling tools and content calendars
