Job description:

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven AI Viral Content & Marketing VA to join our growing OFM agency.

We are looking for someone who understands viral content, audience growth, social media marketing, and AI-assisted content creation.

Your main focus will be helping us create, prepare, post, and test viral-style content across platforms such as Instagram, Reddit, X/Twitter, TikTok, Threads, and other traffic sources.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Research viral trends, niches, hooks, captions, and content angles

• Find trending videos and content formats that can be recreated

• Use AI tools such as Storykill AI, Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, CapCut, or similar tools

• Help create AI-assisted short-form content for creator accounts

• Prepare content for posting with strong captions, hooks, timing, and engagement ideas

• Help manage and grow multiple social media accounts

• Track performance, views, engagement, and audience growth

• Suggest which content styles, niches, and angles we should create more of

• Work with our team and give clear daily updates

• Help generate traffic to creator pages and improve visibility

Who We’re Looking For:

• Someone who understands viral content and social media trends

• Experience with Instagram, Reddit, X/Twitter, TikTok, or Threads

• Experience with AI content tools is a big plus

• Knowledge of OFM, OnlyFans creators, AI influencers, or creator marketing is preferred

• Creative, consistent, reliable, and fast-learning

• Able to follow instructions but also bring smart ideas

• Good communication and daily reporting

Compensation:

We offer a fixed base salary plus performance bonuses.

Pay depends on experience, skill level, and results.
