building an AI-powered short-form content production pipeline for a fast-growing portfolio of digital media brands. We're hiring a detail-oriented VA to operate our AI generation stack — turning source material into high-performing short-form video and image content at scale.
What You'll Do
Generate short-form video content using Higgsfield, Kling, and Seedance
Generate/edit AI images using Nano Banana
Tag and log every asset against our internal content testing matrix
Vet and select source material against our internal checklist before production
Batch-produce content in volume while holding quality and brand consistency
Log outputs and performance data into our tracking system (Notion/Airtable)
Revise underperforming content based on data feedback from the team
