Account/Model Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and creative Account Manager to support and manage multiple creators. You will work closely with the Senior Account Manager, gradually taking over creator accounts as you become fully trained. The ideal candidate is friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport, all while being organized, punctual, and creative in their approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily with creators in a friendly, conversational manner, ensuring rapport and trust.

- Lead live photoshoots by being actively present during the creator’s active hours—providing real-time guidance and feedback.

- Schedule weekly photoshoots based on creator availability, ensuring smooth coordination.

- Organize and maintain Google Drive folders for creators in a clean, efficient structure.

- Coordinate with internal teams to stay aligned on creator needs and cross-department tasks.

- Monitor and manage creators' profiles by posting stories, monthly feed posts, and ensuring regular engagement.

- Perform quality checks on all assigned content, ensuring it meets brand standards.

- Assess and guide creators' style, makeup, and content direction to maximize their strengths and brand appeal.

- Onboard new models, ensuring their OnlyFans accounts are structured, branded, and ready for success.

- Suggest creative branding and name ideas to set models up for a strong market presence.

- Stay proactive and flexible, always ready to accommodate immediate tasks, concerns, or shifting priorities.

Requirements:

- Excellent written English with a warm, natural, conversational tone (not corporate).

- Highly reliable and responsive during assigned hours.

- Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, and work independently.

- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with creators.

- Stable internet connection and ability to work PH hours.

- Prior experience in account management, creator management, or customer support is a plus (not required).
