Account Creator & Warm-Up VA - OFM Agency

We're a growing OFM agency looking for someone who knows their way around Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Reddit and X - specifically around creating and warming up accounts the right way.

This isn't a basic posting role. We want someone who understands how platforms work, why accounts get flagged and how to build accounts that actually grow. If you've done this before and you know what you're doing, we want to hear from you.

--- WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING ---

• Creating and warming up social media accounts across Instagram, Threads and TikTok

• Following correct warm-up processes to keep accounts safe and in good standing

• Posting content, engaging with other accounts and growing a presence organically

• Working during US peak hours so activity lands at the right time

• Taking on additional tasks over time as the agency grows - this role has room to expand

--- WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR ---

• Proven experience creating and warming up accounts on Instagram, Threads or TikTok

• Knowledge of the OFM or AI influencer space is a big plus

• Understands platform rules, engagement patterns and how to avoid flags or restrictions

• Available to work during US peak hours (evenings EST)

• Stable internet connection - non negotiable

• Quick to learn, adaptable and brings energy to the role

• Professional, reliable and communicates well
