Day-to-Day Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Respond to fan messages in a timely and engaging manner.

•⁠ ⁠Build relationships with subscribers through personalized conversations.

•⁠ ⁠Promote premium content, PPV messages, bundles, and renewals.

•⁠ ⁠Follow creator guidelines, tone, and sales scripts.

•⁠ ⁠Track notable fan information and update notes when required.

•⁠ ⁠Escalate issues or unusual situations to management.

Expected Duties & Workflow

1.⁠ ⁠Log in at the start of shift.

2.⁠ ⁠Review announcements, promotions, and creator updates.

3.⁠ ⁠Respond to unread messages and prioritize active spenders.

4.⁠ ⁠Send promotional campaigns and follow-up messages.

5.⁠ ⁠Maintain ongoing conversations with subscribers.

6.⁠ ⁠Record key sales and customer insights.

7.⁠ ⁠Submit end-of-shift report with performance metrics.

Working Hours / Schedule

•⁠ ⁠Full-time: 8-hour shifts.

•⁠ ⁠Coverage based on EST time zone.

•⁠ ⁠Fixed schedule or rotating shifts depending on team needs.

•⁠ ⁠Weekend availability preferred.

•⁠ ⁠Consistent attendance required.

Performance Expectations

•⁠ ⁠Maintain fast response times.

•⁠ ⁠Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain high-quality conversations and professionalism.

•⁠ ⁠Follow scripts and SOPs while adapting naturally to conversations.

•⁠ ⁠Achieve KPI targets for revenue, conversion rates, and fan retention.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain accuracy in reporting and account notes.

Tools & Platforms Used

•⁠ ⁠OnlyFans messaging platform.

•⁠ ⁠Discord (team communication).

•⁠ ⁠Google Sheets or Airtable (tracking and reporting).

•⁠ ⁠CRM or chatter dashboard (if applicable).

•⁠ ⁠VPN and account management tools (if provided by the company).

•⁠ ⁠Translation and writing tools when approved by management.

requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Strong written English.

•⁠ ⁠70+ WPM typing speed.

•⁠ ⁠Reliable laptop/desktop and internet connection.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to multitask and work independently.

•⁠ ⁠Sales, customer support, or chatting experience preferred.
