We're a growth agency managing OnlyFans and Livestream creators across Reddit, Instagram, and TikTok, looking for a Social Media Operator to run day-to-day account management, with capacity to handle up to 6 or more clients as workload grows.

What you'll do:
- Post daily on Reddit (3x/day), Instagram & TikTok (3x/week each) per client
- Edit short-form video content (crop, captions, hooks)
- Monitor and respond to comments and DMs, converting fans into OF/livestream subscribers
- Run outreach via cold DMs (~30/week) to grow clientbase
- Track engagement and flag what's working

What we're looking for:
- Fluent English, strong writing/chat skills
- Comfortable working with adult content
- Night-shift availability preferred (US timezones)
- Bonus: experience with Reddit growth, OF chatting, or content editing

Pay: 40% of client commission per client managed. Scales as you take on more clients.
