Chatters for OFM Agency

We are hiring experienced and highly motivated Chatters for a growing OFM agency.

This is a remote sales-focused role for people who know how to create natural conversations, build trust with fans, increase engagement, upsell paid content, and help maximize creator revenue.

Your main responsibilities will include chatting with subscribers, keeping conversations smooth and personal, following sales strategies, handling objections, and turning conversations into consistent sales.

We are looking for serious, reliable, and money-driven chatters who understand that this role is about communication, consistency, and strong sales performance.

Requirements:

Fluent written English

Strong chatting and sales skills

Ability to sound natural, personal, and engaging

Reliable, discreet, and consistent

Available for daily shifts

Able to follow scripts and sales strategies

Previous OFM, OnlyFans, Fanvue, or similar experience is a strong advantage

Must be 18+
