Responsibilities:

• Build and grow Reddit accounts.

• Research and identify high-converting subreddits.

• Create engaging posts and titles.

• Build karma and maintain healthy Reddit accounts.

• Stay up to date with Reddit rules and algorithm changes.

• Test and optimize different growth strategies.

• Drive high-quality organic traffic that converts into paying subscribers.

• Provide a short daily progress report.

Requirements:

• Proven Reddit marketing experience.

• Experience promoting OnlyFans creators is a big advantage.

• Deep understanding of Reddit communities and subreddit rules.

• Fluent English is required.

• Reliable, self-motivated, and results-driven.

• Able to provide previous results or case studies.

Compensation:

• Starting pay: $3/hour.

• Weekly payments.

• Performance-based salary increases.

• $2 bonus for every verified paying subscriber generated through your unique tracking link.
