We manage a content creator and are looking for someone to take ownership of all traffic and growth ā ideally one person managing everything across platforms, not split between multiple people.
What you'll do:
ā¢ Manage and grow accounts across Reddit, Twitter/X, TikTok and Instagram
ā¢ Post daily and bring in new followers/traffic that convert into paying subscribers
ā¢ Turn long videos into short clips (CapCut, Canva, or similar)
ā¢ Find trending sounds, hashtags, and topics that get engagement
ā¢ Keep track of what's working and do more of that
ā¢ If an account gets banned or restricted, you're responsible for figuring out why and telling us ā we're relying on you to know the platform rules, not the other way around
What we need from you:
ā¢ Good English
ā¢ Reliable internet
ā¢ Experience growing social media accounts (any niche)
ā¢ Can use basic editing apps
ā¢ Can work independently without needing constant direction
ā¢ Comfortable managing multiple platforms at once
Pay:
ā¢ Salary depends on experience and results
ā¢ Plus $1-2 for every new paying subscriber that comes from your traffic (we'll give you a trackable link so it's clear which subs are yours)
