Social Media Content Manager

About:

I run a content operation across Reddit, IG, X, TT, and YT using a multi-device setup. Need a reliable, detail-oriented person to run daily posting.

Role:

Manage posting across multiple phones and platforms. Posts go up daily. Reply to comments. Post stories. If an account gets banned, figure out why, document it, report back.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail (spotting account flags early). Daily availability. Reliable internet. Good written English. Social media experience a plus.

Pay:

$3-4/hr to start. Raise to $4-5/hr after month 1 if consistent. +$100/mo per additional active device (wage only during 3-4 day warmup).

Bonuses:

$50/mo — zero missed posting days

$20 per verified catch (max $100/mo) — flagged content, account flags, shadowbans, dead bio links
