Evolution AGY is looking for an experienced Social Media Growth Specialist with expertise in one or more of the following platforms:

* X (Twitter)

* TikTok

* Reddit

We are seeking marketers who understand how to build audiences, create growth strategies, and generate measurable results.

## Responsibilities

* Develop and execute growth strategies for your platform(s)

* Identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, and conversions

* Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns

* Research trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity

* Provide recommendations for content and posting strategies

## Requirements

* Proven experience growing accounts, communities, or brands on X, TikTok, and/or Reddit

* Strong understanding of platform algorithms and audience behavior

* Ability to develop and explain growth strategies

* Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

* Excellent communication skills

## Compensation

This is a **performance-based position**. Compensation will be tied to measurable results and growth achieved.

## Interview Process

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to:

* Present a social media post they created or believe performed exceptionally well

* Explain the reasoning and strategy behind the post

* Describe the target audience and objective

* Explain why specific content, wording, timing, or engagement tactics were chosen

* Discuss how success was measured
