Resolution Inc is a growing OnlyFans management agency looking for experienced, high performing chatters to join our team remotely.
This is not an entry level role. We are looking for people who already know how to run conversations, identify fan archetypes, close PPV sales, and build genuine parasocial connections that keep subscribers spending long term. If you need to be taught the basics this is not the right fit.
What you will be doing:
Managing fan conversations across multiple creator accounts, selling PPV content and tips, identifying and prioritizing high value subscribers, maintaining CRM notes and shift handoff documentation, and hitting revenue targets consistently.
What we are looking for:
Minimum 6 months experience chatting for an OnlyFans agency, strong written English, availability for set shift hours, ability to work independently without supervision, someone who takes ownership of their performance and doesn't make excuses.
