Twitter Growth Operator

We are seeking a dedicated Twitter (X) Growth Operator for our boutique creator management agency, working across three active female creators. This is a remote, independent contractor role for someone who treats X as its own platform, not a place to recycle Instagram content.

You will own the full X strategy for each creator: posting 5-15 times per day, engaging with followers, running DM funnels, and driving tracked conversions to OnlyFans. We provide all content (photos and clips); you handle strategy and execution. Growth must be organic, with no engagement pods or retweet groups.

The ideal operator has a proven track record growing X accounts for creators with real metrics to back it up, a strong grasp of X algorithm mechanics, and the ability to write in each creator's voice. You are a self-starter who can build the system without hand-holding.

Compensation is 100% commission: 25% of all revenue (subscriptions, tips, and messages) generated through your tracked link, per creator. Full transparency through our Infloww dashboard, no cap on earnings, and three active creators means three income streams from day one.
