We are a rapidly growing creator management agency looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Chatters.
In this role, you'll be responsible for engaging with subscribers, building conversations, and helping maximize account performance through strong communication and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities
Respond to subscriber messages in a timely and engaging manner
Build genuine conversations and maintain subscriber engagement
Follow messaging strategies and account guidelines
Encourage subscriber retention through strong communication
Work closely with the team to improve account performance
Requirements
Strong written English skills
Ability to hold natural and engaging conversations
Reliable internet connection
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Good attention to detail
We are looking for a chatter who is good at building rapport, we emphasise emotional intelligence, situational awareness, subs who have a good understanding of psychology and how to engage with fans in a way that doesnt just make them feel like they're being used, but makes them feel as if they're in a relationship with the model.
