Afterhrs Media is looking for motivated and experienced OnlyFans Chatters from the Philippines to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
* Build genuine conversations with fans through text-based communication
* Drive engagement, retention, and sales through relationship-building
* Manage incoming messages efficiently and maintain organized workflows
* Follow account guidelines while adapting to each creator’s personality and brand
* Work closely with team leads to maximize account performance
Requirements
* Excellent written English and communication skills
* Previous OnlyFans chatting experience preferred
* Familiarity with Infloww CRM
* Reliable internet connection and computer
* Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Available Shifts (PH Time)
* 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
* 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
* 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation
* $3 USD per hour
* 3% commission on net sales
* Weekly performance bonuses
