Social Media Growth Manager (IG/X/TT)

I'm an adult content creator (IG/X/TT) looking for a growth manager to handle day-to-day posting and growth analytics across my accounts.

Comfort with proxy/VPN setups for managing US-based social accounts is required.

Responsibilities:

Schedule and publish content across social channels on a consistent cadence

Track and report on growth metrics: follower growth, engagement rates, click-throughs, subscriber conversion from each platform

Identify which content formats, posting times, and subreddits/hashtags drive the strongest funnel performance

Manage DM responses and basic fan engagement

Maintain account safety: residential proxies, consistent device/browser fingerprints, avoiding flags on Instagram and Reddit
