We're looking for a sharp, results-driven Trainer for our structured, performance-focused chatting agency.

What you'll be doing:

📋 Leading new hires through our systems, SOPs and processes from day one

📊 Monitoring trainee progress against clear benchmarks and KPIs

🔧 Identifying gaps early and course-correcting before issues escalate

📝 Updating and improving training materials as standards evolve

🤝 Working with management to flag under performers and advocate for top talent

What we're looking for:

✔ High EQ and IQ | ✔ Proven hiring, onboarding & training experience | ✔ C1-level English | ✔ 1+ year management or team lead experience | ✔ Comfortable with SOPs, KPIs, performance targets | ✔ Strong written communication | ✔ Highly organised
