We are looking for a high-level Marketing Manager to help grow and scale accounts in the OFM space.

You will be responsible for:

• Preparing weekly content plans

• Managing posting schedules & ensuring content goes live on time

• Creating promo & growth strategies

• Managing Instagram & TikTok pages for maximum reach

• Finding trends, viral formats & scaling winning content

• Account safety, warming, longevity & ban prevention

• Coordinating with editors/models/team members

• Driving traffic → conversions → revenue growth

Requirements:

• Proven experience growing Instagram/TikTok accounts (send proof/results)

• Understanding of social media algorithms & viral content

• Organized & self-managed (we move fast, no babysitting)

• Strong communication skills & good English

• Reliable internet + laptop

• Filipino 🇵🇭 ONLY (preferred for timezone + work ethic)

• Experience in OFM/social media marketing preferred
