We are a premium adult content agency generating +$400K/month, with one of our models bringing in $40K/month on her own. We are now looking for elite chatters to join our team and help her scale even further. You will be chatting on a model making +40k/month so you need to have experience.
What you'll be doing:
Responding to fan messages on behalf of the model, building relationships with subscribers, and converting conversations into private content sales. This is a high-volume, high-earning role for the right person.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience chatting on Fansly AND Inflow ā no exceptions
Experience working with large-scale models (high subscriber counts, high revenue)
Strong sales mindset and ability to close PPV and custom content
Fluent in English
Available for consistent hours and reliable communication 6-7 days/week
š° Compensation Structure:
Base pay: $3/hour + 4% commission on everything you sell
Top performers working with models doing $80K+/month earn up to 10% commission
