Envy is a Fast-growing agency looking for 10–30 chatters to join our team. You'll manage fan conversations for our creators — building rapport, keeping subscribers engaged, and driving sales through chat.
How we work: you won't be typing everything from scratch. Our in-house AI assistant drafts replies, tracks context, and handles the repetitive stuff — your job is to review, personalise, and close. It means higher output with less burnout, but you still need real people skills. The bot is a tool, not a replacement for judgment.
The role:
Manage live chat conversations across assigned creator accounts
Upsell content and handle custom requests through natural conversation
Work with our AI workflow (full training provided — takes a few days to get comfortable)
Shifts available across UK/EU and US hours; we'll agree a fixed schedule with you
Pay: 10% coms
Requirements:
Excellent written English — tone, spelling, and speed all matter
Sales or customer-facing chat experience preferred (not required — attitude and trainability count more)
Desktop or laptop with reliable internet (the workflow doesn't run on mobile)
Must be 18+
Discretion and professionalism — you're representing our creators
